This project is to invest in a pyrolysis unit at a planned net zero highways depot in Shropshire. The unit would be used to produce biochar from biomass which will result in less biomass decomposition (which release emissions into the atmosphere) whilst the biochar itself will become an excellent long-term store for carbon. The project plans to use diseases ash trees that will require felling anyway as the biomass feedstock to produce the biochar. *This project location is chosen randomly within the county*
